Outside Sales Representative – 80–100K Earning Potential Year 1!
Grow! Thrive! Succeed! Advocate Construction is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives. This is a high-earning onsite role offering guaranteed weekly pay, uncapped commission, proven sales training, and opportunities for career growth. First-year earnings potential: $80,000–$100,000.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will prospect, meet with homeowners, and provide inspections while educating them on roofing, siding, and gutter solutions. This is an onsite, field-based position with proven sales training, guaranteed weekly pay, and uncapped commission (13% of net profit). 95% of our sales leaders began their careers in this role, highlighting our commitment to growth and promotion from within.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and MVR.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel to annual training sessions.
- Flexible schedule: 10 am – 8 pm weekdays + Saturdays.
